TRAVEL

A flat travel rate of $50 within the Ottawa/Gatineau region and an additional $0.55/km outside of the Ottawa/Gatineau region will be charged.

Hotel accomodation will be required the night before the scheduled appointment for any travel more than 250km from Ottawa.

DELAYS/LATE 

Please have a clean, washed face, and be prepared to start at the agreed time.  This is very important so that the services can be rendered within the allotted time. A late fee of $25 will be charged for every 30 minutes of delay if the CLIENT is late for the scheduled time, or if the scheduled makeup application exceeds the allotted time due to client delays.

With ample notice, the ARTIST can/will work with the CLIENT'S hairstylist or photographer in coordinating the schedule if and when required and/or possible.

CANCELLATION/ RESCHEDULING

Any cancellation or rescheduling must be made at least one week prior to your reserved date or you will be responsible of paying the full amount of the service(s) agreed upon in the contract. The service(s) must be rescheduled within 6 months of the original date, and a $50 rescheduling fee will apply for rescheduling your service(s).
